Thanks to all who came out for the Out of Virginia book launch and signing at the historic Old Courthouse / City Museum on April 12, 2026. The museum still has signed copies available.It was an honor for me to speak at the old courthouse, built in 1855, which many of the 1865 emigrants likely walked past themselves.
